KESOON Naphthenic Oils are colorless, no fluorescence and clean transparent liquid. good oxidation ,light, heat stability  along with rust proof, cooling, lubricative, cleaning property. The oils are special for rubber, plastics, adhesives, explosive, fertilizer industries. They Provide higher solvating power compared to paraffinic oils with the same aromatic content.

In TPE applications, Naphthenic Oils produce excellent tensile strength and elasticity, together with good colour stability and virtually without odor. The low aromatic content of Naphthenic Oils will not affect the styrene block in styrenic TPE molecules, and thereby preserve the overall strength. Naphthenic plasticizers also exhibit excellent compatibility with the mid-block phase.

Naphthenic Oils are appreciated in the production of adhesives for their high solvating power, low volatility and low environmental impact. As they work well with most polymers in this area, they are used in both hot melts and pressure sensitive adhesives.

When making explosives, Naphthenic oil is chosen for several reasons. It has the perfect molecule size to mix with ammonium nitrate, which is a common base in explosives. Its low sulphur content reduces the formation of toxic gases and the oils' high flash point makes handling easy and safe.

Oils have long been used as anti-caking agents in fertilizers, where they act as a solvent and carrier of the active compounds. Naphthenics' oils offers two properties that are essential in anti-caking oils: high solvating power and excellent low temperature characteristics.
